As Receptionist, you will be dedicated to representing Y.CO at its best by providing a consistently professional service to guests and team members alike. In this role, you will assist with the coordination of the general office administration as well as ensuring the upkeep of the premises. Your highly organised nature will also allow you to provide administrative support to respective commercial Team Leaders where required. You will radiate energy throughout the office with your can – do attitude and attention to detail. You will also actively participate in all our sponsored sustainability programs.
You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in both English and French
You are highly organized and manage your time effectively
You are well presented and consistently maintain a professional attitude
You are enthusiastic and always positive
Previous experience is advantageous
Proficient use of administrative tools such as Microsoft Office and Excel
